Vistara Print Terms of Service

1. Company Overview

Vistara Print ("we", "us", or "our") is a leading provider of comprehensive design, printing, and digital services. Our offerings are tailored to individuals, businesses, and organizations looking for premium branding and marketing materials. We operate primarily in India but also cater to global clients.

• Template, label, and sticker printing
• Visiting cards and brochure printing
• Digital marketing services such as logo design, social media content, banners, preaching design, and catalogues
• Website development, including static/dynamic websites and e-commerce solutions

3. Order Process

1. Clients submit detailed requirements via email, website form, or consultation call.
2. We assess the scope and provide a custom quotation and estimated delivery timeline.
3. Upon approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
4. We present design proofs or prototypes for review and approval.
5. Final payment is due before release of deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Deliverables are provided digitally or via courier (where applicable).

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, source files, and creative materials produced by Vistara Print remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon receipt of the final payment, clients are granted full rights to the final approved designs. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Use of our designs or templates for resale, redistribution, or unethical purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Revisions & Refunds

We offer up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revision requests may attract extra charges based on complexity.

The initial deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion.

Once design proofs are approved and final files are delivered, no refund or redesign will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, imagery, and branding information for the requested services. Delays due to incomplete or unclear information from the client are not our responsibility.

Clients must ensure all materials shared with us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Liability

Vistara Print is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

Errors in content, grammar, or formatting are the client's responsibility after final approval of the design proofs.

8. Changes to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any such changes.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes via email or website updates.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
